I personally think it's more high fructose corn syrup and preservatives in every thing including supposedly healthy all natural vitamin gummies. Since when are those things "all natural". Yes I agree excessive sugar is bad, (except in donuts 🀭) but how many things actually have sugar in it today...not much! High Fructose Corn Syrup and Maltodextrin kills my gut and breaks me out! I'm in my 50's! A 50+ year with acne...now that's attractive...πŸ™„
