Last week I came across a 30 year old ‘lost’ video clip of a man named Dr. Delbert Blair - I did not know who he was or his name at the time. After watching it I thought, wow, he was thinking about things that are happening TODAY. I uploaded the clip to my Rumble channel wishing I had the full video or at lease knew his name.
